Yes, social media can be overwhelming, maybe even scary. But platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others are important promotional tools for businesses, events and more.
Their wingspan alone, their ability to reach and communicate with customers is unmatched. But they also offer new, highly creative, and interactive opportunities to communicate with current customers and gain new ones. For small businesses looking to connect with new people, social media is instrumental.
